Explain how you have demonstrated success and impact, for example:

- ESG commitments
- Customer/employee/investor/community benefits

Also, please try to:
- Clearly state success and impact metrics and evidence, try not to leave any gaps in your data (i.e. don’t cherry pick which figures/stats you provide as the judges won’t have the full picture)
- Explain how and why you identified a need for your product/service/change/initiative and what planning/development went in to it.
- Highlight the recognition you have received within your sector or community e.g. press coverage, customer feedback, industry awards and anything else you may think is relevant
