Miranda is a multi-award winning leader in diversity, inclusion, equity and sustainability, portfolio non-executive director/board advisor across numerous industries, consultant, public speaker, philanthropist, media contributor and podcast host/producer.

Her multi-decade career background started as an investment banker and hedge fund sales trader followed by senior banking lawyer after being called to the Bar of England and Wales.
