As CEO of Lane Clark & Peacock LLP (LCP), Aaron Punwani has led the professional services firm to strong growth in its five key markets of pensions consulting, investment consulting, energy transition, health analytics and insurance consulting, driven by the firm’s purpose of shaping a more positive future for its clients, its people and wider society.
As technology has advanced, he has led LCP in being at the forefront of AI to: help insurers make critical commercial decisions and analyse reserves to protect policyholders; deliver real time information about energy markets; and understand the trends in clinical uses of medicines.
Under his leadership, LCP has grown to become a c£250 million business with over 1,200 staff and more than 700 clients, including many of the UK’s largest pension funds, the world’s largest institutional investors and insurers, and leading global healthcare organisations.
Aaron was named a winner in the Transformational Leader category at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 awards, and he is a holder of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries highly prestigious President’s Award.
