Artem Korolev is the founder and CEO of Mission Street, a specialist investor and property development company for the science and innovation sectors. Mission Street aims to support the expansion of science and innovation in the UK by building an infrastructure that enables start-ups and enterprises to thrive.

Artem is responsible for Mission Street’s investment activities and the delivery of its fast-growing portfolio. Since its launch in 2017, Artem has expanded Mission Street and it is now committed to deliver one million square foot of prime innovation real estate in Cambridge, Oxford and Bristol.

The most recent project is an innovation hub in Oxford called Inventa. Located near Oxford railway station, it opened in July 2023, and offers 65,000 square feet of office and laboratory space.

Previously, Artem was head of UK acquisitions and a member of the founding team of GreenOak Real Estate (now known as BentallGreenOak), which offers international investment, asset management and real estate services. Before this role, he worked in the UK real estate team at Morgan Stanley.

Artem is also a member of the Institute of Cancer Research’s investment and development committee.

Artem attended University of Cambridge where he was awarded a master’s degree in land economy.
