Ashok Sinha is CEO of Ashden Climate Solutions. After a PhD in renewable energy, undertaking climate science research, and then conducting policy analysis with Forum for the Future, Ashok moved into advocacy. He has served on the board of Amnesty UK, co-founded Make Poverty History, became the first Director of the Climate Coalition and was CEO of the London Cycling Campaign. Ashok is also Chair of the London Climate and Sustainable Development Commission, an independent advisory body to the London Mayor, and is a trustee of Friends of the Earth Charitable Trust.
