Dan Wagner

Pioneering British entrepreneur and businessman Dan Wagner has been bringing innovative technologies to market since the early 1980s. Deeply committed to harnessing technology to create transformative customer experiences and drive economic growth, he has founded, grown and sold multiple businesses at the forefront of technology services and applications. Prior to the widespread adoption of the World Wide Web, Dan set up the first online information platform, MAID, which initially licensed content from major newspapers and magazines to sell online. MAID became the global market leader before being sold to Thomson, now Thomson Reuters. His second company, Venda, was one of the first SaaS eCommerce providers and became European market leader running eCommerce sites for major retailers including BooHoo, Land’s End and Tesco. He sold it to NetSuite Inc and it was subsequently acquired by Oracle. Dan also co-founded Europe’s leading Refer-a-Friend marketing platform, BuyaPowa, which significantly improved the cost-effectiveness of customer acquisition for businesses. Most recently, Dan founded Rezolve Ai, a revolutionary mobile image and audio recognition for an enhanced buying experience company. As Chairman and CEO, Dan has grown Rezolve Ai to the extent it now includes Google and Microsoft as reseller partners and is listed on NASDAQ.
