Daniel Shakhani

Daniel Shakhani is a British entrepreneur, philanthropist, and civic innovator whose ventures have transformed how people work, save, and live. As co-founder of Salary Finance, he helped lend £1 billion to UK employees, saving £200 million in interest, and led its international expansion after meeting President Obama in Edinburgh. The company is now the largest financial-wellbeing platform in the UK and US, serving 20 million employees and clients such as Tesla, Disney, and Comcast. Salary Finance has won 70 awards, was honoured as Prince Charles’s Responsible Business of the Year, and is taught at Harvard Business School. At the World Economic Forum, Daniel launched the Global Campaign for Financial Literacy—backed by the Financial Times—to reach a billion people worldwide. He founded Abraham House, a Davos-born platform for dialogue and action, and co-leads the White House-supported 250 Days campaign with Kelsey Grammer and Rabbi Andrew Shaw.
