Faheem Khan is the founder of Future Leaders UK, an award-winning non-profit organisation. His mission is to support disadvantaged young people by equipping them with the confidence, skills and access needed to secure real professional and educational opportunities. He delivers this through Future Leaders, whose impact has been independently verified by Ipsos, the Institute for Strategic Dialogue and Queen Mary University of London, demonstrating exemplary positive impact for beneficiaries. Under Faheem’s leadership, Future Leaders UK forges cross-sector partnerships with public bodies such as the Mayor of London/City Hall, 10 Downing Street and Parliament, and with employers including HSBC, KPMG, BT, Amazon, Salesforce and Centrica. These collaborations open doors to work experience, mentoring and selective pathways while instilling civic responsibility and leadership. The results are clear: confidence in long-term success rises to 95%; perceived access to supportive peer and professional networks climbs to 90%; and agreement that young people should make a difference in their community increases from 93%. This is the hallmark of Faheem’s impact, developing the next generation of the country’s workforce and public leaders.
