Frank is CEO & Founder of ARuVR® (formerly VRtuoso), a Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality company aiming to democratise Extended Reality (XR) across any organisation.

His company has recently unveiled a no-code platform for creating AR and VR content on XR headsets. This removes the need to write complex code, and therefore makes it possible for non-technical staff to create immersive experiences.

Frank has been working in the XR industry for 20 years. He raised $10m from Softbank Ventures at the age of 22 for his first start-up and over the years he has designed and ran 900+ innovation programmes for corporate clients in Europe, USA and ASIA.

A regular conference speaker, book author, and board advisor in several companies and organisations, Frank is also patent inventor of many AR and VR patents and has won numerous awards including the prestigious UK Queen’s Award for Enterprise, two UK Enterprise Awards, and the Best in British Tech Award.

Frank is a Humanitarian International staff member at CESVI NPO, a member of the Neuromarketing Science & Business Association and a Corporate Member of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He is also a Board Member of the Academy of International Extended Reality (AIXR) and a judge of the International VR Awards.
