A passionate philanthropist, Ged has spent more than 30 years supporting charitable causes. He has served as a trustee and volunteer and more recently Vice President of Destination Florida, a charity that provides life-changing holiday experiences to children with life-limiting illnesses and disabilities. Likewise, Ged has served on the fundraising boards for both Seashell, a school in Stockport for those with sensory impairment and learning difficulties, and the Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity which supports children with cancer and their families. Morson Group has proudly adopted both as chosen charities.

Ged is also a board director and co-owner of Sale Sharks Rugby Club, using his role to strengthen the club’s influence and deepen its positive impact across the North West. He is also the founder of GGM Properties, developing the company which now holds an exceptional reputation for acquiring, developing and leasing commercial and residential properties.
