The company offers specialist workspace to science and engineering start-up and spin-out businesses.

The incubators are run in partnership with the University of Bristol and Research England. Science Creates also launched a dedicated venture capital fund Science Creates Ventures, which attracted £15 million worth of investment from British Business Investments, a subsidiary of British Business Bank, through its regional angels programme.
Harry, a former University of Bristol PhD student, previously launched Ziylo, a biotech business that uses technology to treat diabetes. In 2018, Ziylo was sold to pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk for up to £623 million.
