Ian Pinches is the President and Co-Owner of Pharmora Limited, a Cheshire company providing critical services to pharmaceutical companies running global clinical trials. His influence supports pharmaceutical companies to develop better, safer medicines for devastating diseases and propel these to market.

He has transformed a small freelance-based operation into a £multi-million, multi-service business, with the highest standards of quality and reputation. His proudest business accomplishment of the past decade has been building its significant footprint and an excellent reputation, growing Pharmora into a highly impactful and profitable multi-million-pound company. Clients include UK and international Top Ten Pharmaceutical companies and the UK MHRA.

But there is also far more to Ian than meets the eye. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy and has been a prolific Lean Six Sigma Leader since 1999, with extensive influence across multiple sectors and as an entrepreneur. Through his leadership in this field, he has led and influenced crucial improvements, ranging from better security and snow management at Heathrow Airport to more efficient logistics at XPO and New Look, to shared services setup at a Police Constabulary and process optimisation at the UK Health and Safety Executive.

To Ian’s great pride, he is also the father of 2012 Olympian Jennifer McIlveen, neé Pinches, three National Schools Trampoline Champions, Jonathan, Harry and Oliver Pinches, and step-father of a budding fashion designer accepted into Jimmy Choo’s prestigious Mayfair Academy, Luka, and qualified chef, aged just 17, Monty.
