Ten years’ ago, former chemical engineer John co-founded B2B software developer Incentive Games, which as CEO he has grown into a market-leading business which works with Tier 1 operators around the world and is operational in more than 125 countries.
John heads up a business which leads the way in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the gaming industry: where AI-generated in-game rewards are based on a detailed understanding of the user’s on-site activity and AI is used to test games on the front end and then analyse data on the back.
Acknowledged as an industry thought leader in customer acquisition, retention and monetisation, John is regularly invited to deliver insightful, thought-provoking seminars, keynote addresses and give interviews.
John began in the gaming sector by starting, with three university friends, fantasy football betting site, Premier Punt. They sold the brand in 2019 and pivoted from B2C fantasy sports betting to B2B customer acquisition games, which saw the birth of Incentive Games.
In the process of a dramatic scale-up to continue to build world-class gaming solutions, John is on course to achieve a fifth consecutive year of 300%+ revenue growth at Incentive Games in 2024.
