John Spence is a British entrepreneur, teacher and philanthropist whose influence spans hospitality, education and humanitarian aid on a global level.
Having launched the Karma Group from a single Goa resort in 1993, he has grown it to become a truly international (and internationally-beloved) organisation. Today, John’s company employs 4,500 staff, serves more than 100,000 members, and boasts 48 luxury properties throughout the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.
