Julia Goodman’s life’s work is about communication and confidence, first in the theatre and on television, now working with some of the brightest brains in the professional services, finance and tech sectors. Using her “You Brand” method, she helps them develop the skills to motivate and inspire their teams to optimise business performance and generate maximum returns on their technical brilliance. She has a particular interest in helping those who struggle to have a voice. This includes: tech entrepreneurs who need to improve their personal branding so they can come out of their bunkers with the confidence to sell their inventions to the world; giving women the confidence to reach the top of their career ladder in what may be a male-dominated culture; and giving neurodivergent and young people confidence in their unique talents and ways of working, and to communicate these to the world. She is currently working with a group of senior leaders at BP on a neurodivergence pilot project, believing strongly that they represent the genius the UK needs for the future. Through all her work, Julia is helping create a more inclusive, diverse community, allowing people of huge talents to find their place.
