During 2025, Rishi Bhuchar was appointed Divisional President and CEO for CBRE UK and Ireland, with responsibility for teams operating across 15 offices. Before Joining CBRE, he was Global Co-Head of Real Estate and EMEA Head of Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking at Jefferies International Limited, a US-listed firm.
He has been working in the financial services industry for almost 30 years and has had a profound impact on the UK-listed real estate sector in 2025. He also held senior Investment Banking and Private Equity positions at Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and MGPA Limited.
He supports a large number of charities with his own money and time and has been a trustee for numerous other charities. Rishi is a curious juxtaposition of a serious and engaged business leader and serial philanthropist who puts his money where his mouth is. This culminated in him being awarded an MBE in the 2026 New Years Honours list for services to Philanthropy.
