Shaun Gregory’s influence is founded on his leadership, strategic acumen and vision in a rapidly evolving media industry, which in turn allows him to be an exceptional fundraiser for the NSPCC and Childline. He is an Honorary Member of Council for the NSPCC, an immense accolade that recognises his dedication to this cause, and twice winner of an NSPCC People Award under the category of “Star Performer – Striving for Excellence”, more proof of his influence. In 2025 he initiated the charity’s exciting legacy breakfast programme to raise funds from gifts in wills, and played a key role in marshalling his media contacts to help generate £700,000+ from sports events and the annual NSPCC Ball, enough to help the charity answer around 180,000 contacts from children and young people who need support.
In his previous role as CEO of EMG Gravity, the world’s second biggest outside broadcast provider for landmark TV events, Shaun was responsible for bringing the greatest sporting events from the Olympics to football World Cups to millions of viewers, and for covering some of the most momentous occasions in the history of television, such as the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and the Coronation of King Charles III, leaving an indelible imprint on national identity and cultural heritage. This year he has helped take Gamma, the communications and telecoms provider that powers the SMEs who are the bedrock of the UK economy, from AIM to the main FTSE market, more evidence of national influence.
