Dr Shirah Z Mansaray

Dr. Shirah Z Mansaray is the Managing Partner of Themis Crown Advocates and a solicitor-advocate with over 20 years of experience in legal advisory, governance, and not-for-profit leadership. She also serves as Vice Chair and Non-Executive Director at Amnesty International UK, where she contributes to strategic oversight on justice and human rights. Dr Shirah Z Mansaray is the Founder of I Am Somebody’s Child Soldier, an international charity supporting war-affected children and their families in Uganda and advancing inclusive, culturally competent leadership across education, law, and social care. Her initiatives champion equity, representation, and ethical governance in both the legal and NGO sectors. An award-winning leader and one of the Top Executives on the Empower List 2025, Dr Shirah Z Mansaray holds a PhD in Sustainable Architecture and Mental Wellbeing from University College London. Dr. Mansaray’s work integrates law, human rights, and sustainability to promote justice, inclusion, and transformative leadership across sectors.
