Tania is passionate about and totally committed to the voluntary sector, where she has been working and volunteering for more than a quarter of a century – including 25 years with homeless charity Crisis. In her current role as CEO of 360Giving, she has more than doubled the number of funders sharing their data and more than quadrupled the value of grants published using the 360Giving Data Standard. Among the many other organisations Tania has worked for are the Association of Chairs, British Red Cross, Charities Evaluation Services, Charity Finance Group, Institute of Fundraising, London Youth, Shelter and Volunteer Reading Help. She has also been a Trustee and/or held senior committee roles at Womankind Worldwide, Women at Risk, Fawcett Society, BBC Children in Need London & South-East Regional Advisory Committee, and Emmaus. In addition, Tania has been a volunteer mentor and helpline volunteer for the Small Charities Coalition and currently volunteers at a number of community initiatives including Migrateful UK, which supports migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in their journey to integration. In recognition of her “services to charity and social justice”, Tania was awarded an MBE in the King’s 2023 birthday honours.
