Timo has become a symbol for the new generation of entrepreneurs. At just 27 he has transformed the way companies appeal to the younger generation and is an internationally renowned speaker on Digital Transformation, Social Media and Diversity.

Recognising that global brands were not appealing to people like him, he started his ground-breaking company Fanbytes at university with his cofounder Ambrose Cook. He built up a dataset of over 3 million influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat to help brands like Nike, Deliveroo, Samsung and even the UK Government to reach “Gen Z” on social media.
Five years later, Timo sold Fanbytes to global marketing company Brainlabs in a deal worth tens of millions of pounds. He is now Vice President Influencer Marketing at Brainlabs.

Timo has also used his influence for good, setting up the Fanbytes fund which funds influencer campaigns for black businesses, aiming to break the cycle of lack of support and funding for black-owned businesses.

He was named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for his achievements in Media and Marketing. He has featured on the BBC, Adweek, Business Insider and Tedx, and won numerous awards, including the Huffington Post Entrepreneur of the Year and the Evening Standard’s Most Influential Person in Advertising.
